Wizard Guitars ordering and delivery information

Wizard Guitars are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. We have clients in most countries and have sold many thousands of guitars worldwide. If you ever call into our store we have hundreds of letters on display from satisfied clients for you to read, and hopefully add to! If you have any questions, suggestions or comments please contact us, by phone, fax. or e-mail, and we will endeavour to do our very best to help. Our customers usually become our friends, our shop is always serving free tea (earl grey!!) to callers, and we hope to meet you one day!!!

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment with the details being handled by our totally secure, encrypted on-line server. No details are ever stored and cannot be accessed or read by anyone else. We also are happy to accept payment from UK customers only by Bankers cheque, which will be cleared before despatch of goods, and direct bank transfer, details on request. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling Orders shipped to most of mainland UK will be charged at £16 for courier delivery. Other areas will be charged at cost price. Please e-mail with your postal address including post-code for a firm shipping price. We always ship using reliable courier service, and always require a signature on delivery. We are happy to ship worldwide, and have years of experience doing this, for a firm quote, please contact us for the lowest possible price. Please note that under no circumstances will we ship on a c.o.d. basis.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you, either the same day if the order is received before 12 noon or the next day if not. All deliveries receive priority next-day delivery status. International orders are generally received in under seven days.
